Sir,

                 Most respectfully, it is stated that I have been ill with fever for the last days. I hoped to get well but could not. My doctor says that I am suffering from typhoid. He has advised me a complete bed rest for two weeks. Thus, I am unable to attend the classes in this condition. Therefore, I request you to grant me leave for the said period. I would surely be obliged for this grant of leave. The advice of the doctor is attached.
