Write a report to the principle of the college from President of the student unions about the bad working of the college canteen.

Date : May 11, 2016
To
                           The Principle,
                           Government College,
                           X.Y.Z City.
From:                The President Student Union Govt. College, X.Y.Z
Subject:             Report on the college canteen.
Sir,
Introduction :
AS a president of the student union Govt. College X.Y.Z. City, I have received many complaints from the students about the bad working of the college canteen. I visited the canteen and prepared a report for its reformation.
Situation of the canteen :
The college canteen is situated at a wrong place. It is housed in a very small room. The canteen is situated at the roadside. The outsiders can easily enter the hall of the canteen and disturb the college boys. The canteen has very dirty kitchen . It is narrow and ill ventilated. It is not equipped with suigas,  though has gas passes quite in front of it.
Bad crockery and furniture :
The canteen does not contain comfortable and modern furniture. Tables and chairs are very old. Some of them need repair immediately. They are not dusted properly. The crockery used in the canteen is very old-fashioned. Such an old-fashioned crockery is not even used in villages. Moreover, it is not properly washed.
Conduct of the manager of the canteen :
The proprietor of the canteen is an old man with harsh tongue and irritable temper. He does not listen to the complaints which the student lodge to him against the bad quality of foodstuff. He is always harsh with them. He charged high but supplies bad stuff. I happened to drink a glass of milk there and found that it was very thin and it gave a strange smell. The service of the canteen staff is very poor. The students have to wait for long time for the fulfillment of their orders.
Conclusion :
The working of the college canteen is far from satisfactory.
Suggestions :
1)                     It is suggested that the control of the canteen should be given to a body of hardworking teachers.
2)                     That body should visit the canteen off and on and check the quality of the food stuff. It should also keep an eye on the conduct of the canteen staff.
3)                     The proprietor of the canteen should be advised to behave properly and politely with the students.
Signed

Write a report to the mayor Municipal corporation X.Y.Z. City about the neglected graveyards of the city , from a responsible citizen of the city.

                                                                                                               Date : August 19, 2010.
TO
                     The Mayor,
                      Municipal Corporation,
                      X.Y.Z. City.
From :           A responsible citizen of X.Y.Z.
Subject:         Condition of graveyards
Sir,
Introduction :
As a tax payer and a responsible citizen of city X.Y.Z., I happened to visit many graveyards of the city, and found that they offered a deserted and gloomy picture. I have prepared a report about the bad condition of the graveyards. So that proper steps may be taken to improve the situation.
Central graveyard of the city :
This graveyard of the city is situated in the heart of the city. It is a very old graveyard. It is very big and vast. It consists of many acres of land. I paid a visit to it and found that it was not properly maintained. The boundary wall did not exist at all. The graves of our ancestors had either been washed away by the rain or demolished by the grave diggers.
Garden town graveyard :
This is a small graveyard and is housed in a small patch of land. It too offers a dismal picture. The graveyard does not have tree plantation. It lacks a mosque for saying prayers. The facility of water is also far from satisfactory. In case of rain or severe sunshine, it does not have any place of protection. The grave diggers are not easily available. It is without electricity. At night, the graveyard is plunged into complete darkness. The burials take place in the dim light of lanterns.
Conclusion :
It is concluded that the graveyards of the city are badly neglected and offer a wild picture.
Suggestions :
1.   It is suggested that a body consisting of responsible citizen and councilors should be set up , who may suggested ways and means to improve the condition of the graves. At the same, the body should be made responsible to supervise and check the condition of the graveyard.
2.   More graveyard should be established in different parts of the city.
Signed
A.B.C citizen.

A dialogue between two students regarding prayers.

Ali:         I am going to have a short nap. I feel sleepy after lunch.
Owais:     Okay you may sleep. But you should say the prayers first. It is time for prayers.
Ali:         You are right but I am feeling very sleepy. I will say the prayer after a brief nap.
Owais:      It is not a good thing. We should say the prayers in the time in the mosque.
Ali:           But we can also say prayers at home.
Owais:      Some Muslim scholars think that Allah does not answer the prayers said in the house.
Ali:         You may be right; but Allah is very merciful. He answers everyone’s prayers.
Owais:      Our holy Prophet (S.A.W.W) said that Allah give 27 time more credit to the prayers said in the mosque then to the prayers said inside the house.

Ali:      Excuse me! Can you tell me the way to the General Post Office?
Omer:   Yes, but it is bit difficult for you to reach on foot. You are standing pretty away from it.
Ali:       How much away is it?
Omer:    About three miles.
Ali:      That is quite a long distance. How should I reach there then? Should I hire a taxi? But it will be a bit expensive.
Omer:   You are right. You can catch a bus. The bus no is 11.
Ali:       At which stop should I slight from the bus?
Omer:    The stop of Super market is your destination.
Ali:       Where should a proceed from the Super market?

Omer:    There is a super Cross a few yards off the bus stop. Go there and take the road leading to the north. On the right side, the fourth building is the General Post Office.
